Foods great, but whenever the employees charge my card and fail to return it, and then I drive all the way home 20 minutes away and realize they never gave me my card back sucks.

I went to this restaurant for the first time today. I ordered a salad, a cookie and a drink. The cookie and drink were fine. The salad was not edible. The lettuce was brown. The tomatoes were bad, literally mush. The cucumbers were soft and squishy. I called and asked for a manager. The woman that got on the phone had a poor attitude from the beginning of the conversation. She did offer to re make the salad but I told her that I was not interested in getting food from there again. I let her know she should check on the salads because this is unacceptable. She refused to refund my money. So not only was the salad inedible, but the customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this location.

Very clean place. Good sandwich options, love the app incentives to come eat here! The cookie options are unmatched and unique. I will definitely try to soup options next time. Fast service!

We love Potbelly in our house and this is a great location! Can I recommend their turkey sandwich and a brownie cookie? You can’t go wrong here. Our family has tried a lot of sandwiches including the meatball and we’ve loved everything we’ve tried. Clean location and you can pretty much always find a table.Dietary restrictions: They are pretty good about dealing with minor food allergies. If you ask they’ll make sure to cut with a clean knife.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.

My wife and I got the chicken club, and tuna salad sandwiches, and they were incredibly good! Some of the best fast food sandwiches we’ve ever had. We also both got strawberry shakes, which taste super fruity and real. Cannot recommend this place enough!Also, they have wall plugs at EVERY booth, so this makes a great place to come study if needed. The atmosphere is chill and nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accommodating space for wheelchairs!
