Contribuisci feedbackThe food was tasty, but the wait for it was extremely long, as it usually is here. Our waitress didn’t even check in to see if we wanted a refill at any point. This was the worst service I’ve ever encountered. It's important to hire waitstaff who truly value themselves and their customers!
I love their deep fried Chimis. The seating is a bit uncomfortable, but tolerable. The atmosphere is ok, but the lottery tv is annoying. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. The food is always good. It definitely needs an update to the furnishings. I returned for another meal. I had the fried chimichanga (it is my favorite here). The food was delicious. I like their rice and beans, because they are not the usual mushed beans and bland rice served by the majority of restaurants. The service was outstandind and the atmosphere more pleasant. I will definitely visit again.
My family and I had high hopes for this restaurant, but from the moment we walked in, we sensed trouble. After placing our order, we waited over an hour for our food. I tried the taco salad, which had a sour taste and was reminiscent of the taco meat served in high school cafeterias—not tasty at all. The menu was dirty, and the restroom wasn’t clean either. We overheard other customers expressing their frustration about two-hour wait times and tough chicken wings. My aunt ordered the fajitas, which looked appealing but came in a very small portion. Unfortunately, about 20 minutes after we left, we had to quickly turn around to find a restroom. Overall, our experience was far from pleasant, and I would strongly recommend against dining here.
This place used to be fantastic before the original owner passed away. (Rip Dave). The food was great, the service was great and Dave loved everyone and made sure their experience here was satisfactory. Since his wife took over this place, I give it a year before it closes or someone buys it. The prices have gone up while the food quality and quantity has gone down. My wife ordered a pitcher of margaritas. 45 minutes. We then ordered food, 55 minutes. I had To ask for the same drink three times, and ask for extra condiments twice. Although the waitresses attitude and demeanor was superb, she was very nice. The issues started when my wife and her two friends ordered Long Island ice teas. This is where it gets bad......... The long islands were wayyyy heavy on the liquor. So we Politely asked the server to take them back. Then the owner comes out, and YELLS at US. In front of a half filled restaurant with people staring while she yells how they were fine and we were costing her money. She then got loud and a very bad attitude and arguing with someone at our party that we didn't know what we were talking about and the customer is never right, and also, that we WOULD be paying for the drinks. We use to love this place, but now, we won't be back until someone else owns it. This won't be very long with Anne's poor business management, decisions and disrespect to her customers. If I could give it 0 stars I would. So sad what has happened to a once awesome place to eat in our hometown.
Probably the best cheeseburger in WV the hand cut fries are perfect. The one thing that could be improved was the burger bun a great seeded Kaiser roll, but it was stone cold! My spouse had the Philly cheesesteak said it was really good, but not great. One thing needed would be crustier, toasted bread so the bread doesn't become a soggy mess half way through. Our server was friendly fast. Overall a pretty good place! We'll definitely be back!!
