Hardee's - Mooresville

I will definitely be returning. The food met my expectations, and I happened to visit during a quieter time. I was concerned that I might end up with food that had been sitting out since there were no other customers around, but everything was perfectly fresh. The food was good, but the standout at this location was definitely the staff, especially the woman at the drive-thru that day. I made a mistake while ordering, but she handled it with grace and even laughed it off. When I reached the window, the experience was genuinely pleasant. She was incredibly friendly and polite, which is hard to come by in fast food these days. I will absolutely be coming back. While I can't speak for the rest of the staff, I can't imagine they wouldn't share that same positive energy! I really hope others have experiences as enjoyable as mine!

I stopped here during a quick break from the highway, so I can only comment on this particular visit. I've had a disappointing experience with all the Hardee's locations in the Winston-Salem area, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It was clean, the service was quick, and the food (I had the Mushroom Burger) was quite tasty. I did think the fries were cut a bit too small for my liking, but that's just a matter of personal preference.

On our way home from Charlotte, I had a craving for a milkshake. We walked in just fifteen minutes before closing, only to find out that the milkshake machine had just broken down and been cleaned. I was a bit disappointed, but I understood it was late. While my husband quickly enjoyed a burger, the incredibly kind cashier surprised me by bringing out a milkshake after all! They had taken the time to put the machine back together just for me, and it truly made my night. I’m not typically a fan of Hardee’s, but this location has definitely changed my mind with their outstanding service. Plus, the milkshake was delicious too!
