Contribuisci feedbackOrdered a pizza and a liter of soda, was delivered through door dash. The driver drove off with the drinks after I texted and called them to let them know and just ignored me. I tried calling the number provided if I had any issues with my order and it wasn’t a valid phone number, I then tried calling the Mooresville Little Caesar’s store and it went straight to an “un-set up” voicemail. There’s no way of getting in touch with anyone unless I go to the physical location. Highly disappointed as this is a simple issue and easily resolvable. I find it very unprofessional that there’s isn’t even a functional phone number to call.
The website does not let them edit their order. So we like thin crust 3 meat trio. i have called and been calling the store for an hour now and no one answers so that I put my order online and hit order and it automatically loaded me $11 or 20% tip and my total went from 30 to 44!$ I'm crazy! good what my kids like? re pizza because it's not worth it!
He waited for a pizzeria for over 30 minutes. I worked in a pizza restaurant before taking pizza for 15 minutes. I thought little Caesars was hot and ready.
The pizza is always good, fresh, hot, but this place never has an order ready by the estimated time
That is the chaos we have received. on this pizza that looked like it had fallen several times, it was ice cold.
