Ramen Soul - Mooresville

Our meal was absolutely delicious. We ordered two Tonkatsu Ramen bowls, Tokyo Street Corn, Lobster Pork Shumai Dumplings, BBQ Pork Steamed Buns, and for dessert, Chocolate Peanut Rolls. Our server, Ryan, was friendly and attentive, providing quick service and helpful menu insights. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

Absolutely, yes! I’ve been craving ramen, and Ramen Soul did not let me down! I took my 8-year-old son out for lunch today, and he enjoyed a noodle bowl with chicken and added shrimp. I opted for the Tonkotsu Shiitake. Both dishes were fantastic! The Tonkotsu was exceptionally delicious, with a broth that truly makes you feel grateful to be alive. The service was outstanding and incredibly friendly. Our server was very helpful and provided excellent advice and recommendations. Honestly, I even thought about ordering another bowl because it was that good!

We bought a Groupon since I've been eager to try this restaurant, and it did not let us down. As someone who is sensitive to gluten, I was thrilled with the gluten-free noodles—they were fantastic! Our server was exceptional; we wish we could have him every time we visit. We will definitely be returning many times in the future!

Fantastic first visit. We ordered two appetizers Lobster dumplings, edamame. Both were terrific, well cooked and fresh. We ordered three different ramen bowls, one salmon, one pork and one beef. They were also very good. Our server was amazing, very knowledgeable, attentive and helped us learn the menu and make choices. Love the Beatles theme to the whole place. Have been to Futabuta in Charlotte. I'll just switch and go here instead. It was better and much closer. Well done!!

I’ve traveled and dined in Tokyo, Japan, and lived in San Francisco, CA for a number of years. While that doesn’t make me a ramen expert, it does raise the bar a little bit on authentic Japanese cuisine. This place is right up there with some of the best bowls of ramen that I’ve eaten, and it’s certainly the best in the area. They’ve got all the great umami flavors and satisfying textures in all of the dishes that I’ve tried. Throw in exceptionally fast and friendly service and you have yourself an easy 5 stars. I make it a point to stop by here every time I’m in Mooresville. Don’t hesitate to check it out!
