Jimmy John's - Moorhead

When Im in school, jimmy johns is the go to for our house. That stopped due to multiple orders missing food that I was told would either be dropped off or refunded. *Never have I ever received a refund or replacement for the food we neverreceived.? I?ve always placed my orders online so I Can See and Know where, when, how and what. I?ve only called the storebecause of missing food. It just sucks because my youngest loves jimmy johns and when you work more than FT w Children inActivities School, attending school yourself, you look for what works. My gratitude was shown w tipping very well. It?sunfortunate that none of that mattered when it came to ?good customer service?

Finally a JJs that's open for indoor service! Employees did a good job getting our orders taken and completed swiftly and correctly.
