Pizza Hut - Moorhead

I went for carry out. Was waiting for 15 mins before I was even talked to. Some skinny kid with his pants down to his knees was too busy talking to his baby momma to help a customer even with his co workers yelling at him. He then proceeded to put my order in the delivery pile and I waited for another 10 mins before they found my order hiding. Hes incompetent.

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for one medium pizza and wings. Fine, but the pizza was border line COLD and very stail. It seemed to have zero sauce as well. Only reason I give it one star is the wing sauce was good.

Terrible customer service, sat on hold for 7 minutes trying to cancel my order that took an hour and a half to get here. I have no problem waiting an hour and a half for a delivery, but when a driver has the pizza for 30 minutes, that?s a little long for me to believe the pizza is going to be hot or fresh. Seems Pizza Hut in Moorhead is just getting worse and worse.

Best pizza in all of moorhead hands down. The staff is very friendly and you can't go wrong with some delicious pizza with a smile. try adding extra cheese it's so good!

I'm surprised the rating for this place is low. I order carry out from here off and on and my order is always correct and hot. The staff have always been extremely polite! I just called to change my online order and it took like 5 seconds and was no problem.
