On Friday night we had a large-ish work function at Mings, we did this without realising that Mings has apparently changed hands. The food was absolutely disgusting, the lemon chicken sauce seemed like lemon butter that had been heated up, the rice only tasted like salt. When I approached staff about wanting a refund for the lemon chicken of which I had only eaten one small strip. I was told that the manager was in the kitchen and would not come out and that refunds were against their policy. There was no customer service, it was simply non-existent. There were people there who had eaten dinner were collecting dishes, there was a shopping trolley in the main eating area; Many of my co-workers also had meals that were inedible. Do not waste your money eating at Mings, you'd be better off getting maccas and doing karaoke at home. Mings doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Meals are always good and fresh sometimes the prawn crackers can be from the day before. Fast service. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60
If you want to wait over 2 hours for an online order for 2 meals then Ming pavilion is the place for you!! Very poor customer service didn't even get an apology on the phone when calling to enquire where my order was. She just said that they were busy and its in the kitchen. If your busy turn off online orders or better yet turn off your stoves cause when the food finally arrived it tasted like dirt.
