Carrara's - Moorpark

The food is quite good, and the desserts are absolutely amazing! The coffee is delicious as well! The service and atmosphere are pleasant, but we encountered some issues with being seated. If you arrive and want to be seated, you often have to approach the checkout to let them know you're waiting, as no one seems to acknowledge you. Despite that strange experience, I would gladly overlook it for the fantastic food, desserts, and coffee.

A bit on the pricey side. I spent $30 on a smaller cake (I think it was about 6 inches in diameter), but it was honestly the best cake I've ever had. I don’t know the exact name, but it was a sponge cake filled with pistachio cream or something similar. It was simply amazing—perfectly sweet and just so delicious. If you enjoy pastries made with high-quality ingredients and aren't afraid of a bit of sweetness, this is definitely the place for you.

I arrived at the restaurant at 6:05 PM and placed my order by 6:20 PM. Now it's 7:10 PM and we still haven't received our food. We've had no water refills during the entire wait, which is quite disappointing. I just received my lemon chicken piccata, but there's no lemon flavor to be found. It tastes more like chicken in broth and is quite awful—I've had better chicken piccata at The Cheesecake Factory. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant. Waiting over an hour for a meal is simply unacceptable.

In my opinion, best coffee on site. Pastries also taste good.

DELICIOUS! I ate more with my eyes than my stomach! ? Everything was yummy! I had the Caprese Salad. ??? My teammates had burgers, soups, other salads and everyone was ?! Pricey, so going in a group helps! The bakery is a must!
