DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant - Moose Jaw

My man and I went to the ice tonight. the dq was not busy. my man ordered a butterscotch sunshade. it was not freshened. it was a pre-baked frozen sun. the butterscotch was frozen. we were disappointed. we expected fresh tasty. dq should be produced during ordering. also the prices on the menu were not what we were charged. Why were we calculated more than the prices on the menus and displayed to the customers? overall it was a bad experience.

Incredibly slow drive thru. 45 minutes is pathetic. are small, the prices are high. not worth.

Had to wait to sit, which is absolutely ridiculous, could not sit in dairy where we wanted to sit, got our menus, then we were told to let them know when we were ready to order what I had to find physically. someone to take our order (if not to go to the restaurant to find a waitress). the burger my mannes was cold, but pommes were ok, then someone had to find again to our sunflower (the) was part of our meal. then they have to go through milk queen to leave the building. very bad customer service. would not recommend it to anyone!

You just have to get through joeys now, which is absolutely ridiculous! there were only 2 customers next to me and yet my eating was cold when I got it. After eating my cold, I went to the restroom where I discovered that a toilet seat was completely unconsolidated and when I informed one of the workers that she was so long ago. I would not recommend this place and if I could give it a -10, I would certainly!

This is our go to place for lunch. The kids love the $7 meals. Service is always fast and they bring it right to your table. Restaurant is always clean and lots of seating available even at peak times. Highly recommend.
