T J's Pizza - Moose Jaw

They mixed up one item in our order tonight, but they quickly sent out the correct dish, and we got to keep the mistake, which turned out to be a delightful surprise. Everything was delicious, and the service was fast.

Whenever we crave pizza, we head to TJ's. We always take advantage of their 2 for 1 pickup special, as it offers the best value compared to other pizza places in the city. In addition to this fantastic deal, you can choose any of their specialty pizzas for the promotion. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone in Moose Jaw over others!

I called back to report the mix-up, and the person who answered claimed he already knew what had happened. When I asked for clarification, he curtly said, "We are very busy," and hung up on me. That was incredibly rude. The replacement pizza arrived, but it was completely wrong again—this time an All Dressed variety. Once more, I called, and the same arrogant person answered. He informed me that he made a new pizza and wouldn't send another, then hung up on me again. Not only was this rude, but it was either reckless or just plain foolish. I called back and expressed my frustration, pointing out that he was displaying poor business practices by hanging up and not addressing their mistakes properly. I made it clear that they had sent the entirely wrong pizza again. To my disbelief, he seemed surprised I had ordered a Meat Lovers pizza. It became evident that they either lacked competence or were under some sort of influence, and I just couldn’t trust them with my order anymore. I insisted on a refund, threatening to escalate the issue if necessary. To my surprise, a refund arrived at my door 15 minutes later. I still tipped the elderly delivery driver $10 out of goodwill. There’s clearly something seriously wrong with the staff and management at this restaurant. I hope they respond to this review; I’m curious to hear their side of the story. Overall, the pizza isn't anything special—save yourself the hassle and choose any other pizza place instead.

These guys are amazing, open late, amazing riders, great pizza, thank you I will order tonight!

First order from there. The website was easy to use. Delivered immediately. Everything was hot and crunchy still! We had the ultimate meat lovers and bacon wedgies, wings. Pizza had a good amount of toppings. The wings were very delicate, but a little small. In any case will be ordered again.
