The customer service was terrible. One staff member closed all the restrooms because they had just mopped the floors and refused to let anyone use them for 15 to 20 minutes, insisting they didn’t want anyone walking on the wet floors. They were also very rude about it. For a highway location, this is simply unacceptable, and the staff could definitely use some training in customer service.

I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew, and since the place was empty, I got it quickly. However, when I took a sip, it was so sweet that I nearly spat it out. The drinks are always inconsistent, regardless of the location, but this was so bad that I asked for a replacement. What they gave me was essentially just cold brew and milk, with no hint of vanilla. I've tried this same drink at numerous Tims locations across Saskatchewan, and these two were by far the worst I've ever had.

Great spot for a quick break on your way to Manitoba. The service was excellent.

I come here for lunch a lot. They usually mess up my order a little bit. Ive gotten a broken cup in the drive thru, then when I go to get a new cup they are annoyed at me. Today i got a turkey bacon club with cheese. THEY LEFT THE CHEESE IN THE PACKAGING. And this wont let me add pictures but i have them. I always ask for no tomato and they repeat that i want no tomato while im ordering. then i get my food and it has tomato. i tell them and they act like they didnt know and that i didnt ask.

Today i orderd croissant sandwich , Jaspreet served me quickly and made it amazing. Excellent job .
