For Kathiawadi people, night meal means #boalh, and what is on the menu?... millet rota, curry-khichdi, chaas, jaggery.. etc... and eating like this is called boalh in true sense. Stayed at #Hotel_Kesari with friends on 11/06/2022 night. The dinner menu was....... Waghrelo Rotlo, Churmu, Dahi Tikhari, Lassiya Bateka, Bajra Rotla, Rotli, Parotta, Butter, Curry-Kichdi, Chaas... and many more. Bhai Lalji Tamariya truly jammed....see you again...
