I have visited this restaurant a couple of times recently. The service was fast and friendly at the drive-thru, but once we went inside, it was very busy, and our order took a long time! Some items were missing or incorrect in our order, but the staff quickly resolved those issues. On both occasions, there was also no ice available!

We had a delightful breakfast this morning at Tasty Bites. One of the staff members stood out for being exceptionally polite and helpful. Unfortunately, he didn’t have a name tag (he had dark hair and glasses), but I wanted to mention his great service on April 23, 2022, at 10 AM. We definitely need more people like him in the restaurant industry! Thank you so much! Everyone enjoyed their breakfast as well.

The service was quick, and the food was served hot. However, the staff seemed to be under a lot of pressure and didn't always receive the appreciation they deserve. Unfortunately, some of them came across as rude. It might be beneficial to have a designated area for order pickup to help alleviate some of the stress.
