Melini Cucina Italian - Morehead

Great bread. Antipasto salad great. Calzone huge and good.

Have ate here for years, we moved to Georgetown 2 years ago, still go home to eat here from time to time . There needs to be one Georgetown.

Melini's has the best pizza in town (in my opinion), and good pasta and deserts as well. Service is always good. My reason for giving 4 stars comes down to some inconsistency in food quality my boyfriend has gotten ill eating here several times (although I luckily never have) and the last time I went our bread was underdone.

The service was very nice. Lots of great options on the menu. It's hard to choose! However, both of the pasta dishes my wife and I chose lacked flavor. The bread that you receive in the beginning was nice. Much better to eat it hot. It was kinda blah once it cooled. Our server was awesome with a great attitude. My salad came filled with brown lettuce and she took it back and brought out a fresh one. The dessert was nice but you can tell it wasn't made in house. The vibe in the restaurant was nice and cozy, even though its an open environment. Overall, it's a great option in Morehead and we'll be back to try it again.
