ML Tavern - Moreland Hills

Food and service were good. I was a little surprised by the way we were sitting. We asked a table seat, but they said they didn't have one to take one at a high seat. We sat at the bar. We sat there through dinner and we looked at a table that was completely empty all the time.

We had a party of 8. The service was great, no doubt. Our server was overwhelmed a bit, I think for party of 6 they should have a server and a helper. It was okay for dinner. From what my wife and I had (Ahi tuna, turbofish), the food was good, not excellent. Our whole party sharing sites, they were pretty good (corn was excellent, mushrooms and brussels sprouts were good. Desserts were also divided and they were also good (we had flourless chocolate cake and carrot cake).

Food and experience amazing. Management?s hospitality is not existent! I was chased out of the door just to be asked why I didn't leave a tip of $42. I should be able to make the customer decide what I'm typing, but was basically said if I don't typ what he wants me to typ, then I shouldn't come there. What is he not afraid of because I won?

Great atmosphere, good food, friendly managers, but the big bartender must have an attitude check. All cartridges should be treated equally. She must learn to speak with everyone in the same way. Everyone pays the same, but drinking is based on the personality and know-how of the bartender!

I am writing to you to let you know how disappointed we were with service at ML Tavern restaurant. Our reservations were on Oct 1, 2022, at 7:30 PM for 8 people. Our group was seated at a round table with plenty of room. One of our friends whose husband recently past way wanted to join us for a drink. We have politely asked management for extra chair. We told there are no extra chairs in ML Tavern restaurant on Saturday night. Really !!! No chairs at restaurant. We have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed restaurant of your standards. This is not what we expected at all. The manager was rude and unprofessional and asked us to give back a single chair found. I?m a Ukraine born and speak with slight accent it does not give any persons to discriminate or be bullied by your staff. We were told leave your restaurant.
