Madison's Wood Fired Cafe - Moreland

Five of us visited and we had capricossa pizza, gnocchi and some burgers. The meals were plentiful and the service was speedy. Prices range from $18 to $30. Great place for a quick meal or something special.

Ten of us family members booked in for dinner last Tuesday evening, The atmosphere and staff were most welcoming. The food was excellent with reasonable prices and plenty of choice. We enjoyed the evening so much that we returned Yesterday for lunch with another couple of close freinds and as we live only 15 minutes away will be back at the first opportunity.

A good restaurant for meals. The meals all seemed to be big and great value. All the meals we had were freshly made with great taste.

We love Madisons, taking note of other reviews, the young staff are great and attentive, very well trained and give service far better than many other restaurants, Host is great, will provide what ever he has for you, is knowledgeable about wines and has always recommended a good drop for us. Although having been many times, we still look forward to the meals, they are consistently wonderful, and we dont ever have to think about the quality. We also like to dine around 4-5pm, and its great they will serve at that time (we have early work starts). The only downside which has been pointed out in a couple of reviews is it could be warmer in winter, the concrete floors do echo and somewhat spoil the winter ambience, which is actually a plus on hot days. Overall, we love the food, marvellously fresh and cooked with genuine talent. We have never found the portions to be small, and have never had room for deserts,, more is the pity, as I fancy the desert calzone, but have never had room to try it.

Wide range of foods. I had a pizza... stone baked . Tasty and decent value at 13 dollars. Decor is modern and staff are very friendly
