I tried the adobada nachos but didn’t really enjoy them. However, the surf and turf burrito was tasty. The restaurant itself was clean, but the salsa bar was a bit untidy. I find self-serve bars a bit unsettling since they can be unhygienic. I think I’ll need to come back and try something different to give this place another shot.
I ordered my favorite... the bean and cheese burrito, and it was absolutely delicious! It was quite large, with creamy beans, white cheese, and homemade tortillas. The hot sauce was incredibly tasty as well. The restaurant looks nice from the outside, but it’s an order-at-the-counter type of place, and they call you when your order is ready. There's plenty of parking available, and the staff are very friendly.
I eat here frequently because my boyfriend loves the carne asada burrito, and I absolutely adore the chilaquiles. However, I will not be returning. Twice in a row, we found hair in our food. The first time was in a burrito, and even though we didn't say anything and just threw it away, the second time was in the chilaquiles I had today. I'm really disappointed and grossed out by this experience.
Yo! The Trio-Fries are off the chain!!! The Asada, chicken and shrimp combos is exactly what I've been looking for in a loaded fry! Plus the Guacamole is great here. Very creamy and also there was plenty of cheese. Service was good. The he girls up front were happy and greeted me with a smile. Restaurant looks clean and is well ventilated considering its spot. Colors are nice and the place is lit up well. It's no fine dining or Ramsey inspired food but man let me tell ya. You want a great late night guilty pleasure with a great mix? Stop here and try the Trio-Fries!!
Wanted to see what the California burrito was like here so I stopped by to grab one for dinner. It was pretty damn delicious, but still not the best one I've tried. They use skinny fries, and the fries didn't retain any crispyness upon the first bite.. this is usually expected though so no big deal. They have a salsa bar with 4 different salsa spice levels. Service was just aight and there wasn't much of a wait time to get my food on a Friday evening. Fun Fact: I noticed they were open on Christmas Day
