Baker's Drive-thru - Moreno Valley

Last night's deal could've have rolled out at a bad time. Poor cashiers and manager were confused to code that into the system. Thankfully the manager comped me for the tacos that were 4 for $4 with a limit of 2 orders. See photo above! On the app, it should recognize Taco Tuesdays when it's Tuesday. Not fair or right to be charged reg price for a taco when it should be discounted. And follow their IG to know what deals they roll out. Some deals are not avail on the app. Service has improved alot from my last bad visit.

I'm doing this review to give Jessica in the drive thru recognition for providing exceptional service on a night that seemed hectic. It was late and super busy and she still had a great attitude and provided a great service. I called the number on the receipt to speak to someone regarding my experience and left a message with my number and unfortunately no one called me back. I've been a manager for over 25yrs and I know how hard it is to find great employees that take pride in their job let alone represent in a possible way, so I really felt compelled to get this post out and I hope someone in the organization sees this and gives her #1 a big fat raise and the recognition she deserves. She should be considered a very valuable asset to your team. Jessica if you're reading this Thank you! If those bosses don't give you recognition, you go somewhere else where they value employees.

This place was a lot better. the person who took my order has failed 3 different times. that's why I removed a star. the worker looked very upset and as if he weren't there. eating is great, but the service needs improvement. I didn't want to complain or even return my order, but the service was so bad and the order wasn't what I ordered. I returned my order politely and only asked about what I actually ordered. the personal was not satisfied with it. but it is not good to screw 3 dings in a sequence.

I'm never disappointed to come to this franchise. eating is delicious and always what and how they order it differently. grew up inland empire, I always had it as a train.
