El Pollo Loco - Moreno Valley

More or less, the chicken lacked samson and the tomato sauce was not very good.

Usually this place is good but I’m so disappointed from my food this time. I got a chicken avocado burrito with no cabbage, and all that is in my burrito is brown rice!! I’m so sad because I was soooo excited to eat it and all I got was a bite of disappointment.

Quality of food has improved from when I last came in with my family. Staff was friendly and out food came out quickly.

The entire service is terrible, the sauce bar was removed, the camaro salad is only 4 shrimp for 10 dollars, the extra sauces are sold, everything is terrible

This place is clean I like it way more than the Moreno beach pollo loco the only thing that really bothers me specially at night I’ve noticed a few times coming in here that the guy cooking the chicken has a whole beard on his face and long hair sticking out of his hat with no hair net or beard net it’s disgusting you guys need to do something about that cause If I find a hair in my food that will be the last time I spend my money here
