Chicken was dry tortillas for corn they were stuck together.
Forgot items when using their delivery service on the last 2 orders. I would have given them a lower score but there's such a large turnover on employees I don't think they're training them correctly. I pay a delivery fee and then still have to drive to go get my food. Gas is expensive. The delivery fee is expensive. And there's no way to get it refunded. I tried to contact customer service and you can only email them. They still haven't responded after more than 30 days.
It's the worse El Pollo Loco I've ever been to! I live in Moreno Valley and it's close to my house and whenever I go it's a long line so I'm thinking the food would be fresh and hot. Nope the chicken is always dry, cold and burnt! This time I got a chicken bowl and same thing disgusting!!! I even try to fix it up and make it taste better but it was still bad. And the churro are greasy and not really churros I will not be going back anymore!!! I wish I can give them no stars
We live near an El Pollo Loco, BUT we usually go on for this a few miles, this trip little different the girl behind the counter really messed up the order, but the manager stepped in and straightened out everything, the food was super good, no old and dry chicken here all was moist and juice full of taste, so we come to this
In the past, before the pandemic, this visit was good. Today I have asked that Pico De Gallo salsa doesn't like any other, but I was informed by the cashier who called me that they didn't have it when I only caught House Salsa. She said it was because they didn't have Cilantro, but one of my orders included Cilantro Dressing. Another employee said she didn't see Pico De Gallo since she started. I went to the Pollo Loco in Riverside last week and they had no pico. I asked for Chile's Serranos, who they have as well as onions for my understanding, the only thing that would be missing, would Cilantro be be in addition to the fact that they also have oil. Because I know that guacamole salsa is made with the same oil, just not to love my chicken, just doesn't taste the same without what I want... It is a shame that the Salsa Bar then probably never comes back to let us know whether to order or not, because what we were pleased that is not available.
