Fine Cha Cha - Moreno Valley

I really want to support this business, I genuinely do. I keep coming back to give this place chances and every single time, I get disappointed. Flavors are always below average. I've been buying from this place since they opened. Since day one, everything in their menu was either an okay pass or very low quality.Sadly today will be my last. I ordered the tiger boba and it was an utter failure. Watered down and instead of brown sugar, it was a some sort of syrup that had little flavor and sweetness to it. I don't know what milk they used but I had a massive diarrhea today and still can't sleep at 4am, hence why i'm writing this.I don't have to be an expert but I can tell this business will close. The only thing going for this place is okay customer service but that's just bare minimum requirement for a business.Needless to say, all my money spent here was not worth it at all. No matter how much hope I gave this place, they never improved.I will no longer spend my money or time to this place that doesn't make good milk teas.

I decided to try Fine Cha Cha since I was in the area but found myself disappointed. I ordered the Thai Milk Tea with Boba but it had no flavor whatsoever. It tasted watered down and nothing like tea. The Taro Milk Tea on the other hand was decent. I will give the ladies at Fine Cha Cha a second chance since their customer service was good. Hopefully, they improve on the Thai Milk Tea and I don't have to drive further out to ShareTea.

When I first approached the counter, the young lady was at the counter on her phone and didn't realize that I was standing in there until I said something. I had to get her attention because she never looked up from her phone all while I was reading the menu above her head. I had a Thai tea with coffee jellies and it was good. The Coffee jellies taste just like coffee until it sits in the tea long enough and then starts to taste like the tea which was still good.

This was our first visit, and my husband is a big fan of Boba tea. He suggested a four star rating because of the reasonable prices and selection. The only reason that we did not give five stars is that he felt the boba is a little tough. That said, he would definitely come back!

Came to visit the other day and the drink was okay. My fries were super burnt and looked nothing liked the picture; however both drink and food were affordable for its quality and customer service was great. Would not go out of my way to come here, but would like to give come back and give it another try.
