Ihop - Moreno Valley

This was at the moreno valley hemlock location 01/27/2019. 100% better than last night at the one on date palm drive in cathedral city(which was horrible). Food was hot i only waited no less than 3 min for service food came in 10min didnt have to ask for water condiments extra napkins. Absolutely beautiful clean. Cooks and servers were in uniform neatly dressed

Fast service. Food was hot. I Dont enjoy eating outside. But will go again in few weeks.

Sunday May 29, 2022Time arrived 3:10pmThe little black girl W/ the septum working this day needs to be fired.She’s a joke! No common sense.Family of 5 , brings me 2 plates!!!WTH is wrong w/ her? I had to ask for utensils and napkins …. Lord help these children serving food… I hope no one gets sick here.We waited an hour for our appetizer no food yet lol then has the nerve to say “ we only have one cook” then say something woman! Why seat people down if your under staffed ?!!Ridiculous and then I asked her name 3 times, like the first two times didn’t process . She said her name was Sarah, geez terrible liar too. God bless this store and everyone who works here. I couldn’t help my self but tell Sarah on my way out that “ if there is a table of 5 that means 5 plates”.Homegirl needs to learn common sense Basic math.Not sorry because if you don’t like your job quit! Look for something else that suits your needs.

The service was very bad. We waited over an hour to get service. Big parties of 20 and only 2 server's. We saw about 15 people come in and were told they would have to wait an hour. And they left. You lost a lot of business. You need to hire more server's. The two server's looked like they were ready to throw in the towel. But they did their best.
