Mcdonald's - Moreno Valley

The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude and did not acknowledge or speak to me. I was not informed of my complete order and received no courtesy in the form of a simple statement like "here's your order, everything is in the bag." They did not even say hello. It is shocking that they are paid more to prepare food that is hardly edible and behave so disrespectfully towards customers. This McDonald's location is the worst I have ever visited.

I paid extra for a chocolate shake with my meal, but when I arrived at the window, I was informed that they were out of chocolate shakes. I requested a sweet tea instead and was told I would receive a refund for the upcharge. However, when I inquired about the refund, I was told it would only be a few cents since a large sweet tea was apparently the same price as a large chocolate shake, which I knew was not true. It's not about the $2 upcharge, but rather the principle of honesty and good business practices. I can't help but suspect that they may be dishonest with other customers in order to make a profit. I will make sure to avoid this place in the future. This is unacceptable business behavior.
