Kim's consistently cheerful and supportive. Today, she crafted a delicious chestnut praline latte and let me have a sample. I forgot my phone so she wrote down the ingredients for me so I wouldn't miss out on being able to order this drink. Starbucks, Kim is your MVP; she deserves to be recognized.
Just a placed an order on Uber eats . I received the wrong beverages and only received 2 bags of cookies but not the cookies . Horrible service
Drive through was quick, got my drink right and was served with a smile ?
About 1/4 of my drink missing from my venti white chocolate mocha. Ridiculous
Placed a mobile order during passing the countryside on our way for a New years weekend getaway. First off, inside was closed. Then, I had to wait in the drive-through for my drink. When I got it, it was warm, not hot. And the window server wasn't very friendly. Good thing I didn't want much else. A handful of menu items were taped over as unavailable. I'll never return to this location, of course, but darn, they need to get it together.
