Contribuisci feedbackIf I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve had two very disappointing experiences at this restaurant, and the staff were among the worst I've encountered. The management seems indifferent to customer feedback. When we arrived a little after seven, the lights were off as if they were about to close. The person who served me and my stepdaughter was incredibly rude. I don’t understand how a place can charge $40 for sandwiches and provide such poor customer service. At the very least, they could be polite and respectful. Overall, terrible service and even worse attitudes.
Clean environment and friendly staff. vincent was so helpful and tidy. I would definitely be back to this special place because of the friendly staff.
The food was good, but the customer service was poor. There were three employees working, and the gentleman in front of me waited more than 8 minutes for a meatball. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. One employee even had a frustrated demeanor, as if I was bothering her. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Most of the paintings I was in the past, I had good experiences. but from now on they should make sure that every employee is up-to-date with portions for each particular broth, wrap or bowl. I was told that a foot-long day will have a six inch, because it is flat brot. but for general foot sections they regain a foot long part of the flesh. if this is the case, the flat brot markets as a wrap instead of a foot because the wrong advertising would be. I use to work on the subway a few months ago, unless they have changed the formula they should advertise for the customers. because it can be considered a false advertising. if they ask an additional meat on a foot, it should follow a foot section for everything brot considered to be a foot long, and the last time I see that the flat brot came in a six inch and a foot long size.
