The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf

I recently visited this restaurant to order a Matcha tea, but the female employee informed me that I could only place my order through the mobile app or the drive-through, as it would take 20 minutes for her to take my order. I asked for the bathroom code so I could use the restroom before heading to the drive-through, but she refused, insisting that I needed to order something first. When I explained that she wanted me to place an order, then leave to use the restroom, she confirmed that was the case. Consequently, I decided to leave and won't be coming back. Terrible customer service!

The drinks are great, but the customer service could use some work. There was no greeting or any acknowledgment upon arrival. They should be more proactive in engaging with customers.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was slow, and the staff was quite rude. After we made a purchase of four items, we asked for the restroom code, which is supposed to be for customers only. It was frustrating to not receive the courtesy we expected. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant visit.

Ordered a regular hot tea...should be an easy drink. The customers behind me ordered special coffee drinks. There's came long before mine. Nearly 10 minutes passed still no hot tea. Coffee Bean executives you should take note of all the negative reviews with this store. Wish they could do better.

If you think about coming to this place. DON 'T!!!! The employee is super rude here. I understand it 's a business and they only give out bathroom code for customer. First of all, as soon as you walk in, there are signs everywhere saying you need to buy something to use the restroom. I purchased a drink, set my bag down with my drink on the table then came up and asked them for a the code from one employee. She was like OUR BATHROOM IS FOR PAYING CUSTOMER ONLY I didn 't respond but I just ordered a drink from her! common! If you are so great at your job, you would remember the customer that just ordered from you! I tried to sit down and do some reading but I just couldn 't after the negative energy. I us usually go to Starbucks down the street but I just wanted to change it up and try something else but this place is no go. Secondly, I tried their matcha tea yesterday, it was super sweet and very powdery! So I ordered pumpkin cream cold brew instead today (regular size is $6.20) when you can get a venti at Starbucks for $5.75 and it was really sweet with a burnt taste and they put too much cream on top! And if you want a cup of water to wash it down, it 's .25 cents for water! Lastly, they have a negative environment and their bathroom is not even clean! JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It really explains all the negative review before me but yet I have them a chance to experience the nonsense myself!
