Abele's Family - Morganton

You need a stop on the way through Burke County. Very well decorated with funny collectors. Ultra friendly service with a relaxed feeling. Do not expect any pleasure, but expect a warm feeling in this restaurant. Wings, burgers and chicken sandwiches were very good. Buffet style salad bar for those who want all fixations. The Christmas music was thrilled. These pictures show how it feels on foot in this restaurant.

Abele is a step over Diner Essen. Chopped Steak tasted very fresh and with a simple beef flavor. I had it 'westen' style with sewn onions paprika and melted cheese, but the taste of beef stood on him 's own, so next time I 'll get it naked. The mushroom engraving on the side was also delicious. Jan's chicken roasted steak was one of the best I had 've had with a beautiful black pepper taste in it; that's not one of my favorites though. Service was excellent, the prices were reasonable. Decorations were excessive, but humorous. My one disappointment was the rest room. It looked like it was clean for the beginning of the day, but at the time I was there (5:30) it wasn't clean what was a bit out of the cleaning. Anyway, I'll go through Morganton the next time.

For only $10, I got a delicious **** and ALL the pages I want. I have to choose from a whole list of tasty meat selections, and then there were several bars from sides to choose where it was all I could eat. Salad, soups, desserts and so much more. You get more than your money worth. Trust me. The food was fantastic, and the service was great. I definitely come back.

I had the breakfast buffet bar and it was delicious as usual. A lot of food to choose from the bar and it was hot and fresh. Customer service was great and the restaurant was clean. I'm back.

It was our first time eating here, we were drawn in by the big sign on the interstate and the excellent rating. This was the BEST breakfast bar that I have ever ate and the coolest decor throughout the restaurant I 've seen yet. It felt like you were in a antique museum, which is right up our alley. We will definitely be back!!
