Chipotle Mexican Grill - Morgantown

Very disappointed. The expectations from the commercials was not what I experienced. Over priced and lack of quality for sure. 2 meals for $40! I will never eat there again, I can make this at home with better taste, quality and less expense. Parking: Confused of where to park safety Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

I just wanna say that whatever change has been made to this location it is for def the better!! I had the best service recently and food was excellent. Chips weren't stale they were fresh and not overly salted! Thank you to new employees and previous ones for stepping up ! Y'all rock Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've tried so hard with this Chipotle. I've been a customer of various Chipotles for a long time. There is a night time manager who works here who is so nice and makes sure that everything is good. I had ordered something online once and when I got to the store they didn't have it and she knocked it out of the park making me something else. But this place just is awful. I've seen management yell at the young lady with special needs in front of customers. I've had a staff person yell at me because she didn't know how to work the computer and log my purchase on my app. The food I received today was awful. I was grateful my burrito was free because if I had had to pay for it I would have been so mad. It wasn't even half full. Then after I ate, since I decided this is my last visit to this Chipotle I decided to use my last coupon for something free and the manager at the register wasn't going to take it at first. Just really disappointed with this place. I will pop in soon to see the nice manager because one time I went in after work and she said it had been a long time and asked how I'd been. But anymore I just can't. Food quality, customer service, and even just coworker to coworker respect doesn't exist here and I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.
