Firehouse Subs University Town Center

My wife and I have recently started a new tradition of catching a movie and grabbing sandwiches from Firehouse Subs afterward. I've visited this location twice in just two weeks, and both experiences have been delightful. I placed my orders through the app, and they were perfect each time. One time, I forgot to request that the onions be removed from my sub, but it wasn’t a problem. When I arrived, I approached the counter to ask if I could modify my order. The young man who was making the sandwiches said, "Sure! No problem!" and expertly left out the onions. He even took the time to point out which of my two subs was free of onions. His positive attitude really impressed me and solidified our habit of dining here before our movie nights! Great job, John! You're doing an amazing job! #todaysdiscovery #traviswinmanauthor

This restaurant consistently offers a great selection on their menu. The sandwiches are fantastic! For takeout lunch, the price per person is between $10 and $20. I rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. I highly recommend the pastrami and roast beef dishes!

They really need to pay more attention to people's orders. The last two subs I ordered from this location were wrong! I wasn't the only customer who had issues with their order either. It's becoming quite frustrating!

I was honestly a bit disappointed with this hoagie. I requested no tomatoes, but of course, when I opened it up, there they were. It's not a huge issue, but it's amusing when any made-to-order place messes up an order. As for the Italian hoagie, it had way too much turkey which overshadowed the other ingredients. I could hardly taste the dressing or the other toppings. On the plus side, it was a large sandwich and did fill me up. I dislike giving negative reviews, but this experience just didn't meet my expectations.
