Taco Bell - Morgantown

The staff was very polite and friendly! The food was excellent, and everything was prepared well. Unfortunately, they were out of the Mango Whip Freeze, which was a bit disappointing, but it wasn't a major issue. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be back!

This Taco Bell is my go-to spot for late-night cravings. I typically place my orders through the mobile app, which has its own quirks, but I generally receive quick and generous service during my visits. I’ve experienced a couple of issues where my vegetarian meal accidentally contained meat, and occasionally there have been missing items. However, overall, this location is reliable about 95% of the time.

It was the only restaurant in the Plaza that stayed open past midnight. While the food was decent, waiting 25 minutes in line for fast food really undermines the whole concept of speed. With prices going up, I would have preferred a sit-down meal if that option had been available at the time.

Generally consistent foods and a run to the border go from time to time. In the past, my Tacos have been put into my pocket several times, so some content fails. The people on the window are usually very friendly.

For the past 2 years doesn't matter how we order delivery from this taco bell (GrubHub, door dash, Uber eats), there has never once been a time that the restaurant followed the directions provided on the receipt. Out of a multitude of times ordering from this location, there has never been a time that they put ANY taco sauce in the bag taco sauce that is specified on the receipt no less. Follow directions and maybe you kids will get better ratings. It's not the food that is the problem. They can't follow instructions and READ DIRECTIONS
