Amateur of good cuisine (and author of a cookbook also), I am looking for small restaurants of this kind...Okay, the disappointment lacks mechament of taste, and the passionate chef often come to you, but who doesn't like to share his passion, and know what people think?? Afterwards, it is announced the departure: "Quality and speed do not clean up, here we have chosen the quality". This gentleman is alone to cook and serve, but there are never crowds (damage for those who are not there!!!)Breef, for a simple dish of bacon pasta and mushrooms, this chef will immediately make you fresh pasta, cut small pieces of several different meats and it will be a mix of fresh mushrooms that will accompany all. The desserts are also homemade, a real treat! You don't deprive yourself of this happiness for your taste buds. prices are super reasonable too!
Do not trust you at first glance thrown into the building. It would be a shame to pass by this very good address. the leader undoubtedly favors the quality of what is in the plate. If the outside doesn't pay a mine, the inside is not so bad and we enjoyed being able to have lunch in the shade of the ripe.For this family meal, we opted for dessert flat inlet formulas. We were delighted with all five of the things that were served us: very good quality entries (grained meats, goat dough salad, etc.). to delicious desserts (very good at home from a to z in particular) without forgetting the main dishes more than satisfactory (beef and duck magret cooked to perfection, meli-melo of fish in brig, etc.). innovative touches ( excellent stuffing composed of foie gras/champion/melon as well as some exotic components in accompaniments) were present during our lunch but without excess. the leader was attentive and our exchanges were enriching (we had decided to take our time). "in the time of living" is a beautiful step!
Excellent meal from entry to dessert. I love almond gratin mussels -); ,the cod fillet and its sauce ... everything is done to surprise us. I can only advise this restaurant to the so enduring and passionate boss.
Discovered by chance a few years ago, I had the pleasure of having dinner several times in this restaurant and I highly recommend it. a little far from everything but the detour is worth the blow to taste excellent dishes that the boss cook with great enthusiasm.
