Mcdonald's - Morinville

Then, towards the end of November, I ordered a sausage McMuffin again, and the egg tasted and smelled like fish. I called once more, and they offered coupons again, but I declined since I doubted I would receive them. Most recently, I visited the Morinville McDonald's for my daughter and had to wait in the drive-through while three cars that came after me were served first. To top it off, I didn't get the BBQ sauce that I ordered, which meant I had to go inside to resolve the issue. I'm so fed up with this McDonald's that I’m willing to drive to St. Albert or even Edmonton where I’ve never had any complaints. Even after speaking with Manager John, who had the audacity to laugh during our conversation, I still consider this the worst McDonald's I’ve encountered. They consistently fail to get orders right, which is incredibly frustrating. This has happened to me multiple times between September and December 2023.

It's exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's—just like all the others. However, I've tried using the app three times now, and it hasn’t worked while I was in the parking lot. It’s just easier to walk in.

The fries were cold, and the coffee was not prepared as ordered. McDonald's in Manning Crossing is a better option. As for kid-friendliness, there is no play area for children, which my granddaughter didn't enjoy.

They have literally not gotten my take out order right a single time. There’s always something missing or wrong items. Not the end of the world but takes away from the convenience of fast food.

Should have just gave 2, but I’m addicted to chicken nuggets. Food prep just isnt there and the food just doesn’t taste right and will send me to the bathroom. The quality control is just absurd and they should honestly hire, OOOR promote someone who’s actually good at the job. If there isn’t specific staff there the place is gross. Not very long ago I found a ladybug in my Big Mac… I was three bites in. PLEASE do better McDonalds
