Visited the steakhouse only. Very limited menu. Poor service though the one server did the best she could

Elk View cabin has NO AIR CONDITIONING and we asked for the nicest cabin available when making reservation. No mention was made that the cabins had no A/C. Ceiling fan had an extreme wobble and many of the windows did not open or would open. It was very uncomfortable and we left early the next morning even though we had reservations for 2 nights $458.00 total). Hideaway bed was like sleeping on bare springs and in our opinion the cabin needed a cleaning and repairs.

Reserved a cabin for 2 nights. Only stayed for one due to the lack of air conditions, condition of the cabin, etc Horrible, horrible place to stay. 9-11-2023 Business did not respond to my complaint and also failed to respond to BBB.

The our reservation was cancelled a few times. The reservation was made in someelse's name and my sister was travelling with her. Her fiend had to cancel because of a family issue. So I agreed to go but did not realize they were charging us $100 a night for each person. I was outraged and emailed them a week ago and have not heard back and tried to call but line was busy. I wish I would have asked the couple next to us if they were charged $200 a night because there were 2 people in the cabin or the gentlemen that had 2 kids with him so he would have to pay $300 based on their policy

Cool spot but the convenience store lacks a lot of basic staples. They could benefit from having a sandwich or salad bar
