Ask for Christopher Absolutely Fabulous! Beautiful lodge, spectacular view, delicious Hand Breaded Chicken Fried Steak (too much to eat at once two meals for one), wonderful service (thank you, Chris), definitely worth the drive if you’re anywhere near Petit Jean State Park, it’s worth the trip.
Chloe was a sweetheart. The food was great, especially the fried pickles°
Delightful atmosphere and experience the decor of rustic frontier architecture of Mathers Lodge, combined with delectable dishes offered by their chef.
Expensive but good. Expect $15-17 for a burger and fries.
