Sherwood Oaks Waffle Cafe - Morris

Don't let the name of this cafe fool you, it is SO MUCH MORE than a waffle or breakfast place. It is like an old fashioned diner in all the best ways. The menu is massive and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Everything brought to our table was outstanding. We took dessert with us to eat later.. carrot cake and coconut pie which made a great breakfast the next morning! Taya was our excellent server. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I really like this place for breakfast, but I have never had great food or service for other meals. We have even tried ordering breakfast at dinner time, and it still was not as good as breakfast. The portion size for food is as expected. The coffee is good, with a variety of creamer flavors for breakfast. My favorite item is the cinnamon swirl french toast. The bathrooms are very, very cold in the winter. The front garden beads need tending, they are overgrown with weeds.

Enjoyed the food. Was seated right away on a Saturday at noon, so that's a plus!also had a great waiter

Their food is good. They don't skimp on portion size. Fast and hot.

Nice place, it was a little busy this time so service was notably slower than usual.
