Cluck-u Chicken - Morristown

I’ve been a loyal customer of Cluck in Morristown for over 15 years, and they always impress me, but today they went above and beyond. The delivery driver was incredibly nice and engaging; we chatted for a bit since I work at a barber shop and he was curious about our services. After he left, I started eating and noticed I received BBQ sauce instead of the sweet chili I ordered. I called just to let them know about the mix-up, and they immediately offered to send the correct sauce. It arrived within 15 minutes, and they even included extra chicken! I will always recommend this specific location. Thank you, Cluck!

The food is excellent, similar to what you would find at Pluck U, which used to be located near the NYU campus. Although Pluck U is no longer in NYC, this spot is definitely worth the drive. It's a clean and safe environment as well.

Really amazing chicken, and friendly staff. You can order a huge amount and it's still perfectly made. Restaurant is nice to eat in or can take it to go

Took my order and money, forgot to make my food, waited 15 mins till I had to go the counter. Nobody saw my order. The Manager claimed he was shorted staffed but there was 6 or 7 people working and only me and another customer there. All they were doing was prepping food. I wouldn't of had to ask for my money back but he kept making excuses instead of apologizing. Been to this location twice and twice this has happened.

Fun, crunchy, mass amount of food. First time at this fast food joint and I really enjoyed it. Chicken was super crunchy, sauce was full of flavor.
