I visit Auntie Anne's at Southlake Mall in Morrow. I rate this a one for poor customer service and cold pretzel. Won't be back.

I’m so glad I kept my receipt today b c I’ve been waiting to make this post. This is the absolute worst Auntie Anne’s I’ve ever been to! Customer service is NEVER anywhere near decent and the cashier named ‘Ahlya J’ does NOT need to work with the public! She is horrible and I really feel sorry for anyone who acts like her b c it costs 0 to be kind. God bless!

Asked for lite salt and after waiting over 20 minutes when I got my pretzel it was covered in salt smh. I couldn't because my blood pressure went through the roof even though I tried taking all the salt off

Blonde haired female employee was very rude to my granddaughter. Staff needs better training when working with the public.
