Burger King - MORROW

When I returned for a refund, the older woman and a girl with dreadlocks were incredibly disrespectful, cursing at me and telling me to leave. The girl with the dreadlocks even claimed she had added her "special ingredient" to my sandwich and slammed the window in my face. I've never had such a bad experience at Burger King before, and this location, at 5141 Jonesboro Rd., Morrow, GA 30260, stands out as the worst. I do not recommend visiting this restaurant; there’s another Burger King not far away that’s much better. This location really needs significant improvements, starting with a complete overhaul of its staff.

The staff were courteous and the food was fresh, but my order was incorrect and took longer than expected. I requested wraps without tomato and Whoppers without pickles. I can handle a little tomato on the wraps, but I absolutely cannot tolerate pickles. The receipt clearly indicated "no pickles," yet my sandwich came with them. It's essential to get orders right. If dine in is closed update that on your website and lock the doors instead of kicking customers out when they walk in through the doors that are open and website says dine in available, so I did end up going through the drive through even tho it wasn’t busy I got to order my food after 20 minutes of them telling me to wait, then when I got my food , had to be one of the nastiest burgers I ever ate in my life. I am not sure if it was done on purpose or what but the buns were burned the burger was charred the lettuce and tomato were literally so nasty brown and soggy. This was so nasty.

For my meal type, I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person ranged from $20 to $30. Overall, I rated the food, service, and atmosphere all five stars. I highly recommend trying the Whopper!

Manager was extremely rude, the store looked dirty, dim lit, and when I went to my car some dude tried to hustle me. 10 out of 10 recommended for uncomfortable dining experience. Don't bring your family here and of course my order was messed up Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
