Joe's Crab Shack - MORROW

Haven't been to Joe's Crab Shack in a while Soo on my hunt for #HappyHours I decided to stop by. I love Joe's menu it's got a variety Incase your not an avid seafood enthusiast such as myself lol. The happy hour menu was good as well. I had the fried pickles and the shrimp. With my signature Long Island. I've never had bad service and this day was no different. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is very attentive. I'll def be returning soon to get my crab on lol

Joes crab shack is definitely one of my favorites as they have some of the best food but my experience yesterday at this particular location was not as good as it could have been. Me and my family arrived there yesterday around 7:30 pm 2 adults 3 kids.. We were seated in a small ass booth to sit shoulder to shoulder why idk.. There were plenty of open tables.. But I didnt complain. Anywho we look through the menu a bit and were ready to order. The waiter took our order and all three of my kids ordered some sort of chicken.. chicken wings, chicken tenders etc. The waiter took our menus and went to put our order in. About 10mins in the waiter comes back and says we're out of chicken... Huh? Out of wings? Or breast? I mean what kind are you out of?? He says oh no we're out of chicken period! Ummm if it's 7:55pm and you guys don't close until 11 how in the hell did you run out of chicken that early. So imagine making three kids that are extreamly picky eaters to pick something totally different.. (Took forever but it happened) they all decided on pizza.. The waiter confirmed that they had pizza and put our order in. The food took about 15-20mins to come out.. Which wasnt bad. Once they gave us our food.. Of course all of my kids love eating their pizza with ranch (why? Who knows) we asked the waiter could he bring us three things of ranch he says sure.. Goes to the back and comes back to the table to tell us they didnt have any ranch either.... Whatttt? First no chicken then no ranch.. The only reason im giving 3 stars is because all of the staff were extremely friendly and had great energy..

This had to be the worst time ever at Joe's Crab Shack. The Resturant was pretty slow at the time. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our waiter name was Berry. He was nice and attentive. The Resturant was okay inside. I ordered the Blue Hawaii, it was pretty tasty. My entree of choice was the cedar salmon with broccoli, red beans and rice with a side ceaser salad. The salmon was over cooked, the red beans and rice was very bland with no taste at all (It was considered a premium side). I very unsatisfied with my food. My friend ordered the Arctic Bay steam pot, it also was very bland, little to no seasoning. Another unsatisfied customer.

Came in for dinner after a long flight from New Orleans and expected to have great seafood. Highly disappointed. The service was awful. The waitress kept disappearing and the manager had to continue to wait on the table. The shrimp Alfredo was cold and only had 3 shrimp. They got one order wrong and brought out shrimp to someone who had a allergin and asked for chicken. I would never visit this establishment again.

Has to be the most over priced place ever. Shrimp way over cooked. Cornbread awful. Bacon wrapped shrimp good. Shrimp scampi worst I ever had. Calamari bland, marinara awful Service shoddy as well. Charles not busy but too busy for drink refills. At best a ho him place. Lots better places. Did I mention expensive?
