I appreciate Joe's menu, which offers a variety of options for those who may not be seafood lovers like me! The happy hour selections were great as well. I enjoyed the fried pickles and the shrimp, paired with my go-to Long Island iced tea. I've always had good service here, and this time was no exception. The restrooms were clean, and the staff was very attentive. I'll definitely be back soon for some crab!
After looking through the menu, we were ready to order. The waiter took our orders, and all three of my kids opted for various chicken dishes—wings, tenders, etc. After he collected our menus and headed to put in our order, he returned about 10 minutes later to inform us that they were out of chicken. I was confused and asked if they were out of wings or breasts, and he clarified that they were out of chicken entirely! I couldn't believe it: if it was 7:55 PM and they didn’t close until 11, how could they have run out of chicken so early? This made it difficult for my picky eaters, but after some time, they finally settled on pizza. The waiter confirmed they had pizza and took our order. The food came out in about 15-20 minutes, which wasn't too bad. However, when it arrived, my kids, who love their pizza with ranch dressing (for reasons I can't understand), asked the waiter for three servings of ranch. He said he would check and went to the back only to return and inform us that they didn't have any ranch either. Seriously? First, no chicken and now no ranch. The only reason I'm giving this place three stars is that all the staff were incredibly friendly and had great energy.
I ordered the Blue Hawaii cocktail, which was quite enjoyable. For my main course, I chose the cedar salmon, accompanied by broccoli, red beans and rice, and a Caesar salad on the side. Unfortunately, the salmon was overcooked, and the red beans and rice lacked flavor entirely, despite being labeled as a premium side. I was really dissatisfied with my meal. My friend opted for the Arctic Bay steam pot, but they also found it to be quite bland and lacking in seasoning. Overall, we both left feeling unsatisfied.
Came in for dinner after a long flight from New Orleans and expected to have great seafood. Highly disappointed. The service was awful. The waitress kept disappearing and the manager had to continue to wait on the table. The shrimp Alfredo was cold and only had 3 shrimp. They got one order wrong and brought out shrimp to someone who had a allergin and asked for chicken. I would never visit this establishment again.
Has to be the most over priced place ever. Shrimp way over cooked. Cornbread awful. Bacon wrapped shrimp good. Shrimp scampi worst I ever had. Calamari bland, marinara awful Service shoddy as well. Charles not busy but too busy for drink refills. At best a ho him place. Lots better places. Did I mention expensive?
