Moe's Southwest Grill - MORROW

I wasn't here quite a time and noticed that the menu had changed, which was fine. But the server did not welcome me to just stand there. I had to ask for more than one table spoon of cheese and salad. He said if I want more cheese, it was extra I said, sir you didn't even add the first portion... The bowl was terrible that I had to renew it at home. Waste of money.

Extremely slow and no organization made the wrong order don?t come eat here

I have been going to this Moe?s for years, but today was the day everything changed!!! The young man behind the counter was so extra over extra cheese. I could clearly tell it is a franchise store now. If I said I was gonna pay the extra amount for the 2 pieces of cheese added to my bowl...that should have been the end of that conversation!!! No...I had to hear the reason why, how when. But the point was I never complained about paying extra. So I decided to leave my whole bowl, so they can figure out the rest.

Jesus the wait did not have to be as long as it was. If the employees would have sped up a bit, then I could have been in and out, but they kept stopping what they were going and start talking to each other. I didn't want to seem rude, I conflicted to say anything and when I did I caught a snappy attitude. Most of the drink options at the fountain were out and the salsa bar was a mess with all salsas less than half. The food was good though.

The staff is horrible they don't greet customers upon entrance anymore, they are always out of something (meat, salsa, nachos, containers etc. , it's not clean in there at all, the employees act as if they don't want to be at work and the manager with the nappy wig has rude unprofessional attitude (it definitely reflects on the employees
