Papa John's Pizza - MORROW

My job was not right and I had to wait another 15 minutes, which made me late for work.

I ordered Papa John's pizza for the first time she didn't wear Bacon. For the second time, the delivery was too late. When I tracked it on the phone, it told me to wait 20 minutes and I'll wait an hour for my delivery. When the delivery comes, the driver told me they just gave it to her. When I understand, it said that the driver delivered the other order on the way. I don't know who to trust and never buy them again. The pizza wasn't so hot.

I just delivered my orders. So I've never been inside. But there was never a problem with the delivery. They are immediately and polite.

Half of the time we order from here, the pizza is terrible. But what 's worse is the management. Our food was ordered with a timeframe of 30 minutes. I called after waiting an hour and a half to see if maybe the order had been skipped to find out that our food had been delivered to the wrong address. They cancelled the order, did not return the $10 Papa Rewards money we used for the order, and when I tried to talk to the manager there to get that fixed, he/she refused to get on the phone. The employee told me to call back in the morning. When I did, the manager once again refused to get on the phone and didn 't want to fix the problem at all. The employee told me that he/she basically said oh well and that it was my problem they did this mess, not theirs. The employee gave me a phone number to call and try and fix the problem, which was of course not the right number. This branch has always had a notorious record of being well below par in our area, but the last year or two it was plummeted both in quality of food and quality is service. I 'd assume that 's when a new manager was hired.

We recently visited this place and my 14 year old loved it! He ate an entire pizza on Saturday night and another one on Sunday morning! Great service and reasonably priced.
