It's so sad that I have to let go of my favorite coffee shop. have been ordering dopio over eis for the last 12 years. they know exactly how the coffee tastes. in the last time has dieucks their coffee quality by only water down cold brew to add it for dopio two shot espresso cream. coffee tastes like water. these stars don't even know what dopio means about ice. throw them either a white milk coffee or coffee that has no coffee taste at all. not only one died, but many are the same. 6 coffee only to be frustrated.

ATTENTION STORE MANAGERS !Starbucks Dose not want to sell tea to me!!!???I always go drive through and always buy tea and beverages here, but today JESSIE the MANAGER TOLD ME SHE CANT SELL ME TEA!? I ASKED WHY? HER AMSWER WAS I AM THE MANAGER AND CANT SELL YOU TEA! the answer to my question was DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE !! SHE COULD HAVE SAID WE ARE OUT OF TEA OR SOMETHING ELSE.BUT THE LADY IN THE WINDOW I ASKED AGAIN WHY I CANTHAVE TEA BAGS, SHE SAID I AM SORRY MY MANAGER TOLD ME NOT TO! AND SELLING TEA IS DEPENDING ON WHO IS THE MANAGER OF THE DAY!!! I WANTED 12 EXTRA TEA BAG ON THE SIDE! I THINK SHE IS JUST EXTREMELY RUDE AND LAZY AND DOSE NOT WANT TO WORK AND GIVE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT! SHE NEEDS TO BE TRAINED MORE TO BECOME A MANAGER! NO STAR TO JESSIE THE MANAGER WORKING TODAY! I WOULD NOT EVER HIRE THIS KIND OF PERSON TO RUN MY BUSINESS!
