Foon Lok Chinese Restaurant - Morwell

Very Friendly staff and the meals are tasty. There is no trouble if you want something different they will accomadate you. If you have special needs they will look after you and do the best they can.

This restaurant is next to the Parkside Motel and I ordered from them while I stayed there in January. It is delicious.

From the outside, this shop does not look overly inviting but once inside, everything changes. Michael gives a warm welcome and once seated, the delightful experience begins. Food is excellent and good value. Have been there about four times since moving to Gippsland and will return again and again.

In November 2016 I visited Foon Lok in Morwell for a total of three times, for some dinner take away. My favourite dish was the pork ribs in black bean sauce; I still could not believe that a Chinese restaurant in a country town actually retain their authentic flavours. This place do not conform to the usual Australian palate which is often bland, boring and tasteless.The owner, who controls the front of house, was always courteous and served his customers with a smile. I requested for extra chilli in my side dishes, and I actually got it. Too bad I no longer live in Morwell, otherwise I would visit Foon Lok on a regular basis.

Went here for some take away lunch. Lunch pack is great value, food was fresh. Service was lovely. Will definitely go here again.
