Excellent fries. Seriously, their fries are the best on the Palouse; sorry, Humble Burger. The burgers are great, but by default they're underdone for my tastes. I request them well done for more maillard (hence more flavor) and less risk.

Favorite place in town and the staff were busting their butts to keep up with the dinner rush now that students are back. There was a bit of a wait (they’re busy for a reason) but Paradise still managed to make dinner the best part of my day. I think the piña colada smoothie might be my new comfort food. They’re consistently great and the atmosphere can’t be topped! Keep up the good work you guys ??
