We have never had a negative experience at our local restaurant. The ice is always plentiful, and the customer service is outstanding!

I love Baskin-Robbins ice cream because it always delivers a delicious treat. However, last night I was disappointed with my sundae. The scoop was barely half-full and only had a tiny bit of chocolate and whipped cream on top. It didn't even fill three-quarters of the small cup they use. I was really let down, especially considering the price I paid for it. My boyfriend mentioned that the staff seemed distracted and didn't know how to properly prepare the sundae. It was frustrating because I was looking forward to a truly delicious experience.

The ice and the shook are always amazing when we order it through doordash, but today I decided to go to order with my sisters. When we came in, we just felt so inconvenient. there were 3 workers there, we were recognized or anything in the building that we were just stared at until one of us went to the register and the young man there, who seemed to be in training or learning (also very tired) our command and also had to order all 4 things that we ordered on our own faust. while the other workers, including, like the manager or the superior, arrived at their phone and did not help in taking our others command. in the minute, as another group she and the other coworker called hi and greeted the group coming. (they seemed like regular) they immediately started working there, while one of my sisters still waited in the incoming with the register to make their order and was skipped. we went without a good day or say goodbye while the other group got one. I should work in a restaurant as a superior and that was simply a great customer service. every customer should be treated the same way and that just didn't happen today. I had a great experience when I went to Baskin Robbins! It was busy, and the girls behind the counter were friendly and efficient. They have a great selection of ice cream and other menu items. It was definitely worth it!
