Yes service was good but the food was missing something no flavor and veggies were to hard ɓut was nice.

Went for a family meal. Meals were quite big and very tasty. Kids meals were great too. Menu was a little different to the one online and one of the beers on the menu was no longer available, which was annoying, but we got quite good service and ultimately great food so 5 stars in the end. Worth a visit for sure.

Mosgiel dials down at night, but this place was crowded on a Friday evening. If you must, get the ribs. (NZD $30 for small, NZD$37 for large Fundamentally a beer place and a hangout spot for locals to gamble and watch sports, the ambience may not be as quaint.
