Pattison's Patisserie - Mosman

We were very happy with our Black Forest cake the person that helped us was very kind and it is always difficult to decide what to try because everything looks so lovely.

I knew Pattison's years ago when they opened their first shop and have shopped at their bakeries on numerous occasions over the years.

I mainly drop in here for a muffin or another tasty baked snackThis week I stopped in for a slice of Fleur De Lys cake, one of many cakes on offer.

We have done a short stop here to eat something. we bought the chicken and sweet cake, the spinach and ricotta roll and a sweet walk. the pasty was freshly cooked, as it was very soft and delicate. the cake crust was slightly dry and hard (maybe because it looked a past.) the roll was average, crust was also hard.
