Pizza Hut - Moss Point

The hot wings at this restaurant are usually delicious, but during my last visit, they were extremely tough and dry, clearly reheated. It was very disappointing and unsatisfactory!

I ordered a stuffed crust meat lover pizza and 8 mild Buffalo wings from this restaurant. The pizza was soggy, greasy, and seemed to be overcooked. The wings were cold, dry, and I was unsure if they were fully cooked. Additionally, both boxes were smashed and bent. I returned everything and received a refund. I would not recommend ordering from this place.

I ordered pizza at the Moss Point location and picked it up at the drive-thru. When I arrived, I rang the bell quickly and waited, but I didn't think anyone heard me. After a little while, I rang it again when I heard someone yell inside but saw no one. When a girl finally appeared, she did not seem happy. I must have upset her. If people are going to work in customer service, they need to make sure to show a friendly face. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. I will choose to dine elsewhere next time.

We called in for carry out. The pizza tasted good. Will return, but sorry about the economic struggles that Pizza Hut is having to deal with. Hope things turn around. I'm 64 years old and I remember my teen years eating at Pizza Hut.

Just received wonderful customer service on the phone from a young man. Took our order and helped make suggestions. Great service!
