Jumbo - Motherwell

I placed an order on Just Eat. It was marked as delivered but nothing was left at my door. I called the restaurant and the driver claimed to have left the order at a white plastic door, even though we have a brown wooden one. The restaurant offered to send the order again, but only if we paid for the delivery again.

Ordered food via just eat app over 3 hours ago. Husband went to shop was told order out with delivery driver. Still no food further hour later. Can’t get them on phone line constantly busy. Should prob have read reviews before ordering as not the first time this has happened. Terrible service !!!

The food at this restaurant was inedible and items were missing from the order. I called to report that both the chicken balls and the salt and chilli chicken batter were raw inside, and the chips weren't cooked. They sent curry sauce and 5 new chicken balls, but they were both cold. I will never waste my money there again.

Worst meal we've had out of jumbo there have been a few not upto scratch but let those go but after tonight it's the last time we will order from here, not sure if they have new chef or just taking too many orders that they can't provide good quality food but after paying £33 for 4 meals and only 4 (2 fried rice 2 chicken dishes) out of the 8 boxes were edible ...salt n chilli chick n chips were just salt over reheats called to complain and was offered more of the same poor food and service

I have never been able to reach this restaurant by phone. The service is terrible. I placed an order but it still hasn't arrived, and they have already taken my money. The phones seem to be turned off.
